Delivery & Payments Policy

Delivery

All products are digital. There is no shipping and no shipping cost.

• Your Key is sent to the email address you enter at checkout and is also available in your account.
• Most orders are delivered within minutes of payment.
• Occasionally a payment needs extra verification; in that case delivery can take up to 24 hours. We will email you if we need anything.
• Not received your Key? Check your spam folder, then contact support@gamevoucherhub.com with your order number.

Payments

• We accept major debit and credit cards through our secure payment provider.
• You can pay in USD, EUR, GBP or ZAR — choose your currency in the site header. Your bank may apply its own conversion fees.
• Your card is charged when you place the order.
• We never store your full card details.
