These terms govern your use of gamevoucherhub.com (the “Site”) and any purchase you make from Game Voucher Hub, operated by [Company Name], [Registered Address] (“we”, “us”). By placing an order you agree to these terms.

1. What we sell

We sell digital activation keys (“Keys”) for PC games and add-ons. A Key is a code that unlocks the product on the platform named on the product page (for example Steam). We do not sell physical goods and nothing is shipped.

2. Eligibility and account

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, in particular your email address, as Keys are delivered there.

3. Regional and platform restrictions

Some Keys can only be activated in certain regions or on a specific platform. Restrictions are shown in the product title or description (for example “EU” or “Steam”). Please check them before buying; a Key that cannot be activated because of a restriction shown on the product page is not considered faulty.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency you select (USD, EUR, GBP or ZAR) and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is taken by card through our secure payment provider; we never see or store your full card details. An order is accepted when payment is confirmed.

5. Delivery

Keys are normally delivered by email and to your account immediately after payment is confirmed. In rare cases, for example when a payment needs additional verification, delivery can take up to 24 hours. See our Delivery & Payments policy.

6. Refunds

Because Keys are digital content delivered immediately, you agree that delivery begins straight away and that your right to cancel ends once the Key has been revealed or activated, except where the Key is faulty. See our Refunds & Returns policy.

7. Acceptable use

You may not resell Keys bought from us, use the Site for fraudulent purposes, or attempt to interfere with its operation. We may cancel orders that we reasonably believe to be fraudulent.

8. Liability

Games are provided by their publishers and platforms; we are not responsible for the content of the games or for platform outages. Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, except where the law does not allow such a limitation.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on the Site when you place an order applies to that order.
